In front of the imposing Cistercian monastery of Vallbona de les Monges, you will find the small farm of Cal Sileta, where you can buy natural and high-quality lamb meat. All the meat they sell comes from their own flock of sheep and they get it to be excellent thanks to the grazing of the flock on the fields, paths and forests of Vallbona and the Serra del Tallat.
