MISSION AND VISION

With the name <<Association for the comprehensive development of the Vall del Corb>> the association is constituted, which, under the protection of article 22 of the constitution, will regulate its activities in accordance with Law 4/2008, of April 24, of the third book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to legal persons, and its statutes.

Since 2000, the Association for the Comprehensive Development of the Corb Valley has brought together producers, processors, artisans, restaurateurs, rural accommodation and shops, as well as entities and people passionate about this Valley.

OBJECTIVES

The aims of the non-profit association are the following:

    • To socially revitalize the towns of the Vall del Corb (Lleida-Tarragona), promoting activities that guarantee mutual knowledge and the valorization of existing resources.
    • Promote knowledge and study of the different realities that make up the Vall del Corb and guarantee its dissemination.
    • Stimulate the creation and consolidation of initiatives that contribute to the development and protection of the natural environment of the Vall del Corb, encouraging the local population, especially children and youth, and guaranteeing their involvement in the economy of the area.
    • Carry out social communication activities that raise awareness of the Vall del Corb and its values ​​and offers for visitors and/or tourists.
    • Writing, editing and publishing periodicals and promotional texts that highlight the Vall del Corb, its heritage, its history and its values.
