Just past the medieval gate you will find Cal Mensa on your left, a charcuterie with solera in Santa Coloma de Queralt. They have been making sausages since 1929 and three generations have passed through the shop. At Cal Mensa, they do things the way they used to, and their trademark is the bishop of tongue, nose and ear, whip, Catalan and sausage.
