In Maldà we find the only flour mill in the Vall del Corb. It is a family flour mill where, since 1953, we have been able to find flours made with local cereals: conventional, stone-ground or organic. Wheat, rye, buckwheat, spelt, chickpeas… Always local. The stone mill is one of the most amazing parts of the flour mill, as it grinds the grain slowly and very carefully, just like it was traditionally done.
