I keep a newly planted vineyard with a total of 4.4 hectares on a farm. The wine is found at the small village of Segura, located in the Conca de Barberà forming part of the Vall del Corb. At the front I see Maria, graduated in environmental sciences and forestry. We find ourselves at a height of 794m, an element that gives a lot of personality to the character of our wines. Thanks to the marina (wind originating from the marine areas) the low temperatures that we enjoy at summer nights achieve optimal climatic conditions to obtain the best quality in our restaurant.
