DEGOTALLET goat’s milk liqueur is a traditional handmade recipe. It arrived at the old family restaurant, Els Degotalls, thanks to Nieves, a neighbour who used to make it at home and shared the recipe with us. Once adopted by the restaurant, it was passed down from generation to generation, and now it reaches your hands thanks to Jordi and Dolors, who run the La Bassa de l’Hostal livestock farm in Maldà.
It stands out for its unique flavour and the creaminess provided by the milk and the various ingredients included in the recipe. It is made with milk from the goats on the same farm, located in the area of the municipality that gives it its name.
