Artisanal spirits and local development. Arbeca, the town that gives its name to the most indigenous olive variety, and which has a history that goes back to the Iberians, has also had Tres Cadires, a non-profit local development cooperative, for a few years now. Tres Cadires produces quality artisan liqueurs and vermouths, shares its workshop with other agro-ecological projects and promotes the social and solidarity economy in Ponent. Walnut Wine liqueur is its star product.
