Orchard and garlic

In a small and stunning valley, between Passanant and Forès, lies hidden a little village of ten houses, like a treasure along the road. There, you can still feel the essence of a deserted village that has come back to life. This is where the association Corremarges collects its wild edible plants and prepares its home-style marmalades in order to introduce, in our plates, the biodiversity of the field margins. If you’re interested in ethnobotany, Guillem and Natacha organise workshops and all types of excursions for those willing to learn a bit more about those spontaneous plants that we can eat.

Discovering the valley also means getting to know its local products: wines, delicatessen, cheese, craft beers, honey... and enjoying them in the restaurants you will find in the charming little villages of our territory.
