Olive oils

On the Serra del Tallat, in the village of the Omells, you will find this cooperative where people produce a 100% Arbequina olive oil. In order to obtain this delicious oil, the olives undergo a cold-pressure extraction, the traditional way, without any filtering, leaving the olive oil to decant naturally. The result is an olive oil with a low grade of acidity (about 0,2 degrees) and all the elements of a high-quality product.
