Olive oils

If you’re tasting the olive oil of the Nalec Cooperative, you’re actually travelling through time, for this cooperative still produces its olive oil just like in 1929. At Nalec, people work with the same dedication, the same esparto-grass round press, the same cold process and still leave the oil to decant naturally in the small basins. Respecting traditional techniques is the basis of their craft.
