At Cal Pastoro you’ll find organic extra virgin olive oil, but also delicious olive tapenades, oils aromatized with saffron, thyme and garlic, and a very special salt mixed with shisho, the Asian basil. Fina never stops making new products: she’s also famous for her roasted and candied almonds. If you feel like learning how to make them, just call her, she’ll organise a workshop.
