Meat and delicatessen

If a delicatessen shop has been open since 1895, there surely is a good reason for it. At Cal Marc, people produce a great variety of sausages: ‘botifarra blanca’ with or without cured pork tongue, ‘botifarra negra’, ‘botifarra catalana’... and a totally home-style ham. If one day you’re too lazy to cook, go and buy their meat or spinach cannelloni, their fish or meat ‘croquettes’, their burgers or their cordon bleu.
